What is THERAPY?

  • A confidential and non-judgmental relationship that you build with a mental health professional to help increase awareness, self-esteem, and mood. Therapy can help combat feelings of anxiety and depression, but can also be a space to celebrate the wins of life.

  • Therapy is for everyone - even those who don’t feel like there is a pressing issue. There’s often a misconception that therapy is just for individuals struggling with their mental health. While those who struggle with their mental health certainly benefit from therapy, it is just as helpful to those who feel their mental health is just fine. Sometimes, people come to therapy to get more insight of themselves and the world around them and discover that there is an ocean of insight to gain.
